Safety Line Inspection and Installation
We re-certify, install and maintain all fall arrest safety lines and man-safe systems.
All fall arrest equipment permanently installed or otherwise must be regularly tested and inspected to comply with the Work at Height regulations and HSE recommendations.
Many insurance companies require proof of inspection for installed fall arrest and abseil equipment before issuing certificates. Anglo Access' abseilers are fully trained, competent persons, qualified to test and inspect fall protection and access equipment onsite including any PPE. All customers are issued the necessary certificates and registers required.

Should you require installation of fall arrest, restraint or rope access systems, Anglo Access is able to supply a wide range to suit you application. We will work with you to discuss the appropriate layout, type and position of safety lines and / or eyebolts required to fulfil your safety and access requirements.
Following the initial installation and test, the fall protection equipment it must be annually inspected and tested by a competent and qualified person to ensure all components are in a safe working condition in accordance with section 12 BS 7883:2005
Rope access methods:
Some safety lines, particularly those that have failed a previous inspection can only be reached via rope access techniques. All our personnel are fully qualified IRATA rope access technicians able to reach any area required without loading un-tested equipment.
Rope access methods also allow our personnel to quickly gain access to balconies, terraces etc. causing minimal disruption to building occupants for inspection of external fall protection systems.
Based in Ipswich, Suffolk we are within easy reach of London / Essex and the other counties of East Anglia, Norfolk, Cambridge, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, however we're more than happy to travel further afield when required.
