  | New Petzl Items 2017Monday, 21 November 2016 | Admin It's that time of year again... Petzl are due to release another batch of new products and product improvements for 2017. We will be reviewing items specifically, but here's a quick look at what to expect from Petzl next year. New Petzl Falcon Line - Design Tweaks to the existing range The Petzl Falcon has been around for many years now, Petzl have continued over the years to develop the Falcon harness range. The latest round of 'tweaks' should see the harness range at its very best yet! New Petzl Connectors - Updated OK Oval & New Petzl Sm'd Petzl will be updating the OK oval to the same I-beam style construction as the Am'd and William connectors. A brand new connector called the Sm'd will be released; a small lightweight connector ideal for 'on harness' applications. Both the OK Oval and Sm'd will be available from May 2017. The Oxan will also be getting a make over with the rounded edge gate design. The new Petzl Oxan is expected April 2017. Petzl Jag System- Longer Lengths Expect to see new longer lengths available, the 1m will continue with the addition of a 2m and 5m added to the range.
